The center is operated by Good Shepherd Hospice , an affiliate of Chapters Health System. Good Shepherd Hospice is a community-based organization that supports more than 4,200 patients each year as they face the challenges of advancing age and illness. The Bethany Center provides grief counseling to children, teens and families who have suffered a loss. Our interactive experiences are integrated into therapy sessions. They help to reduce anxiety and depression and serve as an ice breaker for the children. They provide a more inviting and soothing environment where children feel safe to express themselves.
