Breeze Creative partnered with Glazer Children's Museum in Tampa, Florida, to transform academic research into an engaging interactive exhibit that helps children and families explore the science of memory through play. Working closely with the museum and researchers from the University of Tampa, Breeze Creative designed and developed a custom interactive experience that translates complex cognitive science concepts into an accessible, hands-on activity. The result is an exhibit that combines education, technology, and movement while encouraging visitors to actively participate in the learning process.
At the center of the installation is a large custom Simon-style interactive memory game that challenges participants to recall increasingly complex sequences of projected lights in real time. As players successfully complete each challenge, the game gradually increases in difficulty, encouraging visitors to strengthen their working memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills. Rather than simply reading about cognitive science, children and families experience these concepts firsthand through interactive play, creating an engaging learning environment that appeals to visitors of all ages.
Developed to support ongoing research from the University of Tampa, the exhibit demonstrates how interactive technology can transform educational content into memorable museum experiences. By combining thoughtful exhibit design with immersive projection technology, Breeze Creative created an installation that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and active participation while making complex research approachable for children and adults alike.
