Breeze Creative partnered with National Geographic Ultimate Explorer in Kuwait City to develop a fully customized Animated Sandbox® experience for Terra Studio, an immersive attraction designed to inspire curiosity about wildlife, conservation, and the natural world. Created as part of one of the region's premier family entertainment destinations, the interactive exhibit combines hands-on exploration with digital technology to encourage learning through play. Every element of the experience was designed to immerse visitors in a safari-inspired adventure where they actively shape the environment around them.

Unlike a traditional interactive sandbox, this installation features nine custom Animated Sandbox® stations, each connected through a fully gamified experience. Using RFID wristbands, visitors activate their individual stations and complete interactive missions throughout a timed adventure. As players manipulate the sand to create mountains, rivers, and landscapes, they influence the virtual environment while unlocking new wildlife, completing conservation challenges, and discovering different safari habitats. The combination of augmented reality, game mechanics, and hands-on interaction creates an experience that encourages teamwork, exploration, and problem-solving.

The customized attraction demonstrates how interactive technology can transform educational concepts into engaging family experiences. Rather than simply observing digital content, guests become active participants by controlling weather conditions, shaping terrain, and completing challenges that reveal new animals and environments. The result is a highly immersive attraction where every visit feels unique, encouraging repeat play while reinforcing lessons about ecosystems, geography, and wildlife conservation in an exciting and memorable way.
